In the calm of Bundeena, surrounded by the Royal National Park, we step away from the day-to-day to zoom out and then dive in.

Where business thinking meets ancient wisdom

I bring more than 25 years of international leadership experience, from driving transformational growth in global organisations to founding purpose-driven businesses in the wellbeing space. I’ve experienced rapid growth, strategic pivots and challenging downturns, so I understand the realities of building something meaningful.

Alongside modern diagnostic tools, I draw on astrology to offer a perspective you won’t find in a standard strategy session. Your chart provides another lens on your natural strengths, how you’re inclined to show up in the world and the cycles and timing shaping your business and your life right now.

Every session is recorded, so you can stay fully present while I capture the thinking and bring it together into a written strategy you can return to and act on.

Two ways to experience it

The Half Day

A focused four-hour strategy session in Bundeena. Step away from the day-to-day, get clear on what matters and leave with direction. Afterwards, I’ll bring the thinking together into a written summary of your strategy.

The Immersion

A full day of strategy, followed by dinner and an overnight stay in Bundeena. Wake up surrounded by the Royal National Park, then continue with a fresh mind the next morning, finishing by 11.30am.

The extra time and space allow the ideas to settle, and the second morning is often where the deepest clarity emerges.

Includes dinner, breakfast, accommodation and your full written strategy.
