The EQUILIBRIUM Green Juice Recipe: Fuel Your Day the EQUILIBRIUM Way

In 2006, before green juices became the wellness staple they are today, I started making my own to kickstart my mornings. Over the years, the EQUILIBRIUM Green Juice has become a daily ritual—a powerhouse of nutrients to energise, cleanse, and revitalise.

While green juices are now widely available, not all are created equal. Many are packed with sugars and processed ingredients, which can undermine their benefits. The EQUILIBRIUM Green Juice is different. It’s pure, fresh, and designed to help you feel your best.

Why Make It?

  • Packed with Nutrients: Fresh vegetables and fruits to nourish your body.
  • Cleansing & Energising: Detoxify your cells and feel refreshed.
  • A Daily Wellness Ritual: Start your day with intention and balance.

Recipe

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 stalks of celery
  • ½ medium cucumber
  • 50g spinach
  • 50g curly kale
  • A handful of parsley
  • 1cm cube of ginger
  • 1–2 green apples (to taste)

Equipment:

  • A cold-press juicer (recommended for the best results)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Wash all vegetables and fruits thoroughly.
  2. Chop to Size: Cut everything into juicer-friendly pieces.
  3. Juice in Order: Follow the list, starting with celery and ending with green apples.
  4. Serve & Savour: Pour into your favourite glass.
  5. Mindful Moment: Find a cosy spot, sip your juice, and visualise the nutrients energising your body!

Pro Tips:

  • Go Organic: For the purest results, choose organic ingredients whenever possible.
  • Quick Clean-Up: Wash your juicer immediately to avoid scrubbing later.

Cheers to starting your day with balance and vitality!
