What Does “Finding Equilibrium” Mean?

Posted 30 Dec, 2024

A lot of people ask me this question, and here’s how I describe it:

Finding Equilibrium is more than just a concept—it’s a philosophy.

It’s about living in balance and harmony. It’s a recognition that we are whole beings—not just a body, but a mind, a spirit, and a heart. It’s an understanding that we are not separate from nature but deeply interconnected with it, along with all other living creatures.

At its core, it’s about energy—the energy that connects us all.

Finding Equilibrium reminds us that to live well, to be our best selves, and to show up fully, we need to find our own balance. And this isn’t something that just happens—it requires practice.

Daily habits and routines are the foundation. Through consistent practice, we can create a life in harmony and, ultimately, find our equilibrium.

What habits or routines help you maintain your balance? I’d love to hear your thoughts.
